




Functioning as a base of operations providing essential services for airside and landside operations for the airport’s Aviation Department, the 19,600 s.f. facility houses administrative offices, the airfield grounds maintenance center and associated support spaces.
Structures, whose roof lines suggest aircraft wings, provide sheltered or enclosed storage for all airfield maintenance vehicles and equipment. Facilities include equipment fueling and wash center, and the primary maintenance yard. Supporting components include tool and part storage, restrooms, shower/changing, a locker area and an employee break room. The administrative functions include general airport management and operations, field supervision and base operations for airfield grounds maintenance services.
