Central Park Square

The three-story Central Park Square office building and remodeled town center are integral parts of a bold renovation of the old Community Center in downtown Los Alamos. This 176,000 s.f. development has been transformed from a public eyesore to a newly remodeled vibrant center of community activity. The new three-story office building contains 36,000 s.f. of class “A” office space. The mostly glass exterior skin takes advantage of the spectacular panoramic views of the mountains.
